blogger is an easy way to get your voice heard as you can access the site off smart phones, i pads , iPod touches and the internet. you can also get alot of feedback off your readers with live commenting and interactive posts on your friends walls.
Blogger has alot of settings , you can change your font size and the colour of your texts, the best setting though is linking , linking is when you can get the ip address of a website and paste it here .

m2 the risks are the hacking of the private information and loosing all the data by the computer freezing or its wipes the data and because it could be a large company it could loose data by not saving it or changing the name and not remembering.
